Submission guidelines :
Original, high-quality papers, which are not currently under review by another conference or journal, will be considered. Enhanced, extended versions of quality papers presented at conferences or workshops can also be submitted for review. Papers which were already published with the same contents or simultaneous submission of the same paper to other journals or conferences will be immediately rejected.
Manuscripts will be reviewed based on technical merit, relevance and a clear exposition in English.
Submissions of position papers are due January 25, 2005, and should not exceed 5 pages (excluding references and appendices). Two column papers are acceptable, but the font size should be no smaller than 10pt. Papers must be submitted electronically, preferably in PDF format, using the web-based system below.
